What we fix

Faucets repaired or replaced, toilets rebuilt or swapped, traps and supply lines renewed, disposals replaced like-for-like. Every job ends with a leak check while the water’s on and the area dry — and old supply lines get flagged before they fail, because a burst washer hose is the cheapest disaster there is to prevent.

Beyond fixtures — repipes, water heaters, sewer work — we coordinate a licensed plumber from our vetted bench and quarterback the job: one invoice, one thread, no contractor hunt.

How we approach it

Water off at the stop, the old part out clean, and new supply lines and seals rather than reused ones that are already halfway to failing. Fixtures get set true and snugged to spec — over-tight is how you crack a fitting — and then the real test: water back on, the area dried, and every joint watched for the slow weep that shows up an hour later, not the obvious one. Shutoffs that are seized or crumbling get called out while we’re under there, because the time to learn a stop valve won’t turn is not the night a line lets go.

When to book it

Group the drips and runs onto a visit before any one of them becomes urgent — the faucet that’s gotten worse, the toilet that runs at 2am, the disposal on its last summer. Old rubber supply lines and a tired shutoff are worth handling on the same trip; they’re a few minutes now and a flooded cabinet later. Anything past fixtures, we line up the licensed trade and manage it for you.
