Is this a subscription or a membership?
Both words fit. It’s one yearly membership at $500, and the Home Health Check and free hours renew with it each year.
Do my free hours roll over?
No. They refresh each membership year and apply to that year’s first project.
What does work cost after the free hours?
$125 an hour for a crew of 2. Materials are at cost, plus a flat $75 shopping fee per task list.
Can I book a one-off job instead?
No. We only work for members, which is how we get to know each home properly.
