Full clear and bag-out, downspouts flushed until they run free, and a working check of the system: slope, hangers, seams, and the drip edge. Minor repairs happen on the spot — re-seating hangers, sealing seams, re-strapping a downspout. Under the Peninsula’s mature oaks and eucalyptus this is twice-a-year work, and we’ll tell you honestly which your trees demand.
While we’re at the roof edge we look at the wood behind the gutter — fascia and rafter tails hold moisture where debris sits, and catching soft wood there is vastly cheaper than finding it later.
