What does the membership include?

Our $125 hourly rate for a crew of 2, 2 free hours on your first job, an optional annual Home Health Check & Report, a direct line to your home advisor, and our referral network of vetted tradespeople.

Do my free hours roll over?

No. They're a one-time welcome, taken off your first job when you join.

What is the Home Health Check?

A yearly look at the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roof, foundation, exterior, kitchens and baths, with a written report. It's optional, and you can book it any time during your membership year.

Can I book a one-off job?

No. We only work for members, which is how we get to know each home properly.
