What a year actually costs
Straight answer: on Annual Membership, a year is the $399 membership plus labor only for the work you book — a half-day visit runs about $437, a full day about $875. Two half-day visits in a year, for example, puts a typical home near $1273 all in. On Handled, a year is $499× 12 = $5988, and that already includes 36 crew hours of work — routine upkeep is paid for, not billed per visit.
