We learn your home.
It starts with a free, documented walk-through, about an hour. We record measurements, mechanicals, appliances and paint codes to start your home's record. Then we plan your first visit around a real first project, the one your 2 free hours go to.

Your home is already in it.
Sign in to the Hello Handy app and the walk-through's photos, rooms, measurements and paint codes are already there. It's where your home lives from now on: the list, every visit's photos, the whole record.

You add to it.
One tap in the app, or a text. Snap a photo of the loose hinge and send it. Everything lands on one list that we manage.

The visit
A crew shows up already briefed.
Visits book in half-day (3.5h) or full-day (7h) blocks at $125/hr for a crew of 2. A foreman-led crew, briefed by your home record, works your list and sends photos of the finished work.

Your inspection report becomes your to-do list.
Bring the buyer's inspection report to the walk-through. We turn its findings into tasks and pick the first project.
