How it works

Add it to the list. Consider it done.

Three steps, and the household to-do list stops being yours to carry.

The walk-through

We learn your home.

It starts with a documented walk-through — about an hour, free, no commitment. We photograph every room, take measurements, note materials and paint codes, and start your home's record. Our roots are in home inspection, and it shows: from visit one, we arrive already knowing your house, so your hours go to fixing things, not finding them.

The list

You add to the list.

One tap in the app, or a text — whichever is closer. Snap a photo of the loose hinge, send it, forget it. Everything lands on one master list that we manage: no quotes to chase, no strangers to vet, no note on the fridge quietly going yellow.

The visit

A crew shows up already briefed, and handles it.

Visits book in half-day (3.5h) or full-day (7h) blocks at $125/hr. A foreman-led crew, briefed by your home record, works your list top to bottom — and you get photos of the finished work before we've left the driveway.

The fine print, up front

No quotes. Here’s the whole pricing model.

  • $125/hr member labor — one published rate, covers a crew of up to 2.
  • +$55/hr per additional tech — only when safety or scope needs more hands, always flagged before we book.
  • Materials at cost — receipts passed through, plus a flat $25 shopping fee when a task list needs a supply run.

The walk-through is free, and there’s nothing to commit to. We come to you, learn the home, and you decide from there.
