What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, phone, email, address), details about your home gathered during walk-throughs (photos, measurements, materials), your task list, and messages you exchange with our team.
How we use it
To schedule and perform work, maintain your home record, communicate with you by text and email, and improve the service. We text you at the number you provide; reply STOP to opt out.
Our field team
Our crew and assessors use a company app to do their work. Information handled there, including where a team member is while working and records of member visits, is used only to schedule, deliver, and document our service, and is covered by the same commitments on this page.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share your home record with anyone outside the team working on your home and the service providers who run our systems (scheduling, messaging, hosting).
Your choices
Ask us anytime to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you: hello@hellohandy.com. Your home record is yours — if you leave, you can take a copy.
