Crew Helper
$22–$28/hr
Work alongside our foreman on member homes — hauling, prep, cleanup, and learning the trade. Reliability beats experience.

- A day in the life
- You start at the shop, load the truck with the crew, and head to two or three member homes. You're hauling debris, prepping surfaces, keeping the job site clean, and picking up the trade by watching a technician work up close.

- Prove yourself here and the next stop is Technician — most of our technicians started as helpers.
Handyman Technician
$32–$45/hr
Skilled repairs and maintenance across member homes — carpentry, drywall, fixtures, doors, small electrical/plumbing. You take pride in clean work and before/after photos.

- Bring your hand tools — we cover specialty tools, materials, and the truck
- A day in the life
- You get a route of two to four member homes with a clear task list from the office. Repairs, some carpentry, a stuck door, a leaky fixture — real work with before and after photos to show for it. You call the shots on the job; the office backs you up if anything changes.
- Growth path
- Technicians who show an eye for scoping and client care move toward Field Assessor.
Field Assessor
$38–$50/hr
Walk homes with new members, build their home record, scope tasks, and set the plan the crew executes. Part inspector's eye, part concierge.

- Full-time, weekday hours with some flexibility for new-member walk-throughs
- Equipment
- Company tablet and camera kit provided — you bring the eye for what a home needs
- A day in the life
- You walk a new member's home room by room, noting what needs attention now and what to watch. You build their home record, scope the crew's task list, and set the tone for the whole relationship — part inspector, part concierge.
- Growth path
- This is the senior field role — from here the path runs toward ops and crew leadership.
